Missionaries’ rendition of The Cup Song teaches The Plan of Salvation. Presented by Elder Thorley and Elder Jensen while serving a mission in New York.

the plan of salvation, the plan of happiness, come follow me, lds lesson helps, the cup song lds missionaries

A few years ago I was lucky enough to catch a post of two missionaries singing about The Plan of Salvation. I instantly fell in love with their version of The Cup Song. My oldest son was serving a mission in the Philippines at the time when two of my daughters performed this version for him on one of our Skype calls. Everybody loved it!

This is such a cute way of presenting The Plan of Salvation. How important it is for everyone, missionaries and members alike, to teach others about where we came from, why we are here and where we are going.

We all experience trials along the way and how comforting it is to know that we “can overcome them when [we] trust the Lord”.

Enjoy!
